Welcome

Jordyne Cares began as a nonprofit organization in August of 2009 in Chicago IL. Our original mission - To assist in paying funeral costs for families after the passing of a terminally ill child. While we were able to provide financial assistance to families in their time of need, we thoughtfully considered expanding the reach of our mission. As our desire grew to continue helping people as Jordyne would've, Roseland Matters was born.

Our focus program, Roseland Matters, began in April of 2014 as a young men's mentoring program. Our goal was to introduce and expose them to positive opportunities available, promoting development into productive citizens in their own environment and later into greater society. While working with our families, knowing the history of the community we were raised in, we came to the realization that they would benefit from our organization's assistance on several different levels. 

Roseland Matters' mission is being committed to helping provide necessary resources & activities for the residents of Roseland in an effort to reinforce a  strong sense of community.
